The menu, created by Executive Chef Matthew Silverman, features American dishes with Mediterranean influences from Spain, France and Italy. Signature dishes include Bouillabaisse, white bean hummus, halibut with cous cous and taglietelli pasta with wild boar Bolognese. Per its name, Vintner Grill boasts an extensive wine list with more than 250 wines representing 10 distinct countries from across the globe. The “50 under $50” and “Vegas Vintners” wine lists are particularly popular. A selection of 30 artisan beers from around the world is also available along with a full line of signature cocktails. This table is also located directly infront of the cheese aging cooler, and if you are lucky enough, the chef will bring you samples of special housmade cheeses throughout your special dinner.

Vintner Grill’s bar-top tables are beautiful and fit within an intimate area that is surrounded by the bar, lounge, dining room and lobby. A fun option that still allows guest to enjoy the beauty of Vintner Grill’s casual chic décor, but will a little less formality. Tables can be arranged based on your needs. Chairs are comfortable and elegant. A charcuterie or seafood table can also be set out for guests.

There are not many restaurant or event spaces with main dining rooms as impressive as Vintner Grill’s. The décor is stunning, but without being over bearing. Anchored by four banquettes in white leather and a beautiful sculpture in the center, the main dining room is centrally located within the restaurant and allows for excellent flow. Tables can be expertly arranged to create intimate dining options. There are also four semi-private booth areas that can be incorporated. Table tops are dressed in white linens. Parties can utilize Vintner Grill’s existing and elegant candles holders for center pieces or florals can be arranged. For speeches and presentations, there is a central area that allows the speaker to see the room and address guests accordingly.
