To secure your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $4,000, which will be applied to the balance if the event is held. Please communicate dietary restrictions, your preferred time, the phone number of the on-site host, and the guaranteed number of guests one month before your event. This information is essential for ordering, scheduling, and confirmation purposes.

The Rosewater Room can accommodate up to 40 guests seated or 50 guests for a reception-style event. This elegant, private space features two entrances, a 70-inch Samsung TV with HDMI compatibility, and a private bathroom.
We take pride in offering custom menus tailored specifically for your event, accommodating any dietary restrictions and allergies to ensure all guests enjoy an unforgettable experience. Our culinary team, led by Chef Sternberg, will work closely with you to design a menu that reflects our commitment to fresh, local ingredients and high-quality service.
Private Patio:
For an additional touch, consider starting your event on our private patio, nestled between the Cultural Trail and our tree-covered courtyard. This charming space, with its live edge black walnut cocktail tables, offers a picturesque 1866 backdrop—perfect for pre-dinner snacks and drinks or a post-dinner cocktail hour. Patio rental is $500 per hour.
The Second Story is an intimate, apartment-style space located directly above our Rosewater Room. It offers a unique, elevated event experience for up to 18 guests, seated around a custom table handmade from reclaimed Ash by Indy Urban Hardwood. For reception-style gatherings, the space accommodates up to 45 guests. The space features an open kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a private bathroom, providing a home-like atmosphere where guests can feel comfortable while enjoying an exceptional dining experience. Please note, The Second Story is accessible by a staircase with 21 steps.
