This elegant, private space features two entrances, a 70-inch Samsung TV with HDMI compatibility, and a private bathroom. The Second Story is an intimate, apartment-style space located directly above our Rosewater Room. It offers a unique, elevated event experience for up to 18 guests, seated around a custom table handmade from reclaimed Ash by Indy Urban Hardwood. For reception-style gatherings, the space accommodates up to 45 guests. Please note, The Second Story is accessible by a staircase with 21 steps.
