The Meeting House
This specially-designed area is the most versatile event space at The St. James. At more than 10,500 square feet, and with multiple configuration options, the Meeting House was designed with private events in mind. From meetings, conferences and meet-ups over cocktails, to seated dinners and receptions, this space can do it all.
The event space occupies the upper level of The St. James complex, setting it off from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the venues.

Vim & Victor brings high-quality cuisine to the community with a little something for everyone. Chef Spike designed all catering menus to be customizable to suit any occasion; and with a menu of diverse dining options, we can accommodate a variety of dietary needs and requests. Whether it's passed hors d'oeuvres, family-style courses, picnic lunches or large-format cocktails, there are a number of ways to personalize the menu for a delicious Vim & Victor dining experience.

Style meets the street in Strivers, one of the chicest event spaces in The St. James. Strivers offers meticulously curated lifestyle and performance apparel, gear and technology for the driven and discerning individualist. It's a community gathering place for sneakerheads, stylish athletes, and all those with an active lifestyle. The neutral design palette and glass fixtures make it an easy space to customize to your preferences. It's a place where trends start, creatives come to express themselves, and all are invited to be inspired.
Courted
Engage your senses in the necessary indulgence of our full-service medspa. Courted offers an array of treatments; and services have been carefully selected to provide care for your skin, muscles and total wellness. From manicures and massages to cryotherapy and micronutrient infusions, an event at Courted is sure to leave guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
This space is nearly 5,000 square feet and features nine treatment rooms. It's perfect for pampering groups of all ages, from kids birthday parties to pre-wedding prep for bridal parties.
Health Club
The state-of-the-art Health Club is a haven for fitness buffs and active members of The St. James. We offer several group fitness studios with hardwood floors, mirrored walls and world-class exercise equipment. Groups of 15-30 can enjoy private yoga, barre, cycling and other fitness classes. It's ideal for teambuilding and active social gatherings before heading to Courted for pampering or Vim & Victor to refuel.

Pool House
The centerpiece of the Pool House is an indoor 52-meter Olympic-sized Myrtha training and competition pool. The pool is equipped with a removable headwall and a movable bulkhead, which divides the pool into different areas according to aquatic activity. Spectators can look on from Pool House viewing section, an elevated seating section where they can keep dry while having a birds eye view of the pool.
Squash & Golf House
The 14,000 sq. ft. Squash & Golf House is a second home to those who enjoy the pursuit of these two lifelong skills. A special Vim & Victor menu and cocktail tables make the Squash & Golf House perfect for social sport gatherings, happy hours and corporate teambuilding activities.
Hitting House
Swing for the fences in our 8,125 sq. ft. Hitting House. Athletes will have a ball using the Hack Attack pitching machines to take a few swings while measuring who can throw the fastest pitch via radar. If baseball and softball aren't your thing, the space holds 250 people reception-style, making it great for smaller team building and field day activities.
Performance House
Put on a show in our Performance House. This 10,000 square-foot gymnastics center is complete with spring floor, foam training pits, a TumblTrack and in-ground trampolines. Kids and adults will find themselves bouncing off the walls in our home of gymnastics, parkour, cheer, and tumbling. The viewing section is ideal for small groups looking for a more private space. Our expert instructors are on-hand to coach you through safety best practices and fun group games.
Field House
Our massive Field House is home to football, soccer, rugby and lacrosse training and competition, but is great for large gatherings for many occasions. Whether it's a sports-themed birthday party, an obstacle course for team building, or a rock concert, there's plenty of room to play. The bleacher section is ideal for spectators, and the field can be divided via nets for smaller groups.
Ice House
Keep cool all year long with an event in The St. James Ice House. Home to two NHL-size ice rinks, the Ice House hosts hockey tournaments, figure skating exhibitions and learn to skate lessons. It's a great choice for group bonding on the ice. With a mezzanine viewing section that seats 450 per rink, and a lounge to warm up in, there's plenty of off-ice space to regroup.
Court House
This is definitely not your high school gymnasium. Our 32,000 square-foot Court House usually hosts basketball, volleyball and futsal training, but can be optimized for trade shows and expos, school dances, and more. Retractable bleachers can seat 1,000 fans and the space is flexible to fit your needs.
