In 2009, we opened Tutto Southampton featuring Executive Chef Alex Aparu. Alex brought the farm-to-table experience from his upbringing in Corsica and recent life in the North Fork of Long Island. With its own distinct character, Tutto Southampton maintains the same successful philosophy and style as its Sag Harbor flagship.
