Ellen’s Stardust Diner is home to their world-famous singing waitstaff. Owned by Ellen Hart Sturm, Stardust has been the launching pad for many notable Broadway actors who have starred in nearly every Broadway and Off-Broadway production since the doors opened in 1987.
