One advantage of renting this space is the Wallenius Terrace, which overlooks midtown Manhattan, providing breathtaking views. Volvo Hall is ideal for celebrating weddings, bat mitzvahs, bar mitzvahs, or receptions. It is also an excellent choice for hosting conferences, promotional events, galas, or banquets.

Victor Borge Hall is one of the most utilized spaces on the property, accommodating both public events and private rentals, and can accommodate up to 168 guests. The Auditorium primarily serves as a venue for showcasing a diverse range of films and is an ideal location for a screening. Please keep in mind that public events are often held here for this very reason. Victor Borge Hall is also the premier place to showcase a concert or performance of any kind. The stage itself is 15 by 33 and can supply a piano and music stands. Along with screenings and concerts, this space can also be well-suited for intimate panel discussions or lectures. Just outside the theater, there is space available for catering and receptions, making it a convenient option for events that include a social or dining component.

Situated on the fifth floor, this expansive and quiet room can accommodate up to 25 individuals. The space is also configurable, with the option to be divided into two using a panel. It features a small entrance area suitable for buffet-style catering. The Statoil and Teekay Conference Room can be equipped with a smart board to facilitate presentations and virtual meetings. Additionally, Scandinavia House can provide a small motion sensor camera and tabletop microphone to enhance Zoom discussions.

Includes: Smartboard, 10 chairs, one large table, microphone, and speaker, along with flip charts and easels On the sixth floor of Scandinavia House, two of our conference rooms are available for use. The larger of the two, Osher West, accommodates up to ten individuals. This room is ideal for intimate discussions or for breakout sessions separate from an event in Volvo Hall. Additionally, the room features a small entryway that facilitates buffet-style catering if desired.
