Who We Are
Chrysalis Modern Italian opened on January 1, 2021. Our goal was to bring incredible made-from-scratch Italian food to Cool Springs and the surrounding areas. Since then, we have gained a reputation with the local community as a go-to place for great food and fantastic company. Thanks to the hardwork of our servers, bartenders, cooks, and managers, we were awarded Best New Restaurant in Williamson County by Williamson Homepage and, most recently,  voted Best Italian Food in Williamson County by The Tennessean. Pretty exciting stuff!

Food Philosophy
Our approach to food simple: real food, made fresh. In our kitchens, you'll never find freezers, fryers, or microwaves and we make every dish to-order. Food, especially good food, brings people together to create memories that will last a lifetime which is why we are dedicated to quality. That dedication can be found in every facet of our restaurant whether it is our food, our drinks, or our service.
