Our full warehouse includes our restaurant, private dining room, speakeasy bar, event space, private phone booths, agora, as well as multiple conference- and creative rooms and offices.

Our modular HUB is the perfect space for any type of event. It includes our event space, modular agora, as well as multiple conference-, creative rooms and offices that can be reconverted to meet most requests. With plenty of natural daylight pouring in from the skylights and splashes of color and whimsical decorations, the HUB can be tailored specifically to your event. In addition, we can privatize a portion of the surrounding exterior for your guests to enjoy the outside or for a step-and-repeat (advance notice required for permitting).

Our event space features white walls and an exposed brick wall, high ceilings and wood beams with multiples skylights. The modular nature of the space allows for any and all types of events to be held in it from weddings, to conferences, to product launches, pop-ups, live shows and more. The space features a sound system and lighting system.

Our agora is the perfect mixed space for any of your meeting/workshop/mixer needs! With custom wood benches that can be rearranged in any formation with most of them equipped with outlets, USB and USB-C ports. The space comes equipped with a 75" Samsung QLed screen as well.
