Spacious dining room with fireplace and 24' long table to anchor the middle of the room. Seats around 90. Lounge area with a full bar and 2 flat screens. Seats around 45. Patio with a tree-lined backdrop. Seats around 30. The Loft is our upstairs private dining area with its own AV system, fireplace, and restrooms. Seats around 50. The basement is spacious and kept very clean.The setting is 20 minutes from the GW Bridge, but far enough away that there is ample parking and it is next door to a farm.The restaurant was completely remodeled in 2018 and has a very clean, modern, and cozy feel. The ceiling of the dining room is made entirely of speaker fabric, creating exceptional acoustics. We used Crestron equipment to integrate the sound system, TV's, and automated climate, lighting, and curtain controls. The kitchen has been retrofitted with state of the art cooking equipment and the basement is kept in pristine condition because it is used for kitchen prep.Our Chef/Owner Ben Pollinger won a Michelin Star as Head Chef of Oceana in Manhattan before penning the cookbook "School of Fish". He then decided to open his own restaurant closer to home and has won many accolades since it's opening in June of 2018, including "Best New Restaurant" in 201 Magazine's Best of Bergen and Top 30 Restaurants in the state in New Jersey Monthly.
