The cellar comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests for a seated event with rented Chivari chairs ($9 a chair with a $85 deliver fee) and 36 with existing chairs and 65 guests for a reception. We do require a deposit of $1000 to reserve the Wine Cellar and a seasonal food and beverage minimum. The Parlor Suites at the XV Beacon Hotel and Mooo… can host 14 guests for a seated event. The Parlor Suites’ refined elegance is perfect for any private event or meeting. We do require a deposit of $500 to reserve a Parlor Suite in addition to a seasonal room fee and food & beverage minimum.The Roof Deck, XV Beacon’s intimate 2-tier outdoor setting can host receptions for 70 guests. The space is the hidden gem of Beacon Hill with views from the 11th and 12th floors of the hotel overlooking Boston’s skyline.
