In the heart of Chinatown, Chef Anthony Wang, (formerly of Ink, Auburn, Destroyer) celebrates his Chinese American heritage with breezy refinement and copious nods to modern French bistronomy.  Firstborn's intimate dining room and courtyard space in Mandarin Plaza offer the unfussy comfort of a neighborhood spot with thoughtful, elevated hospitality, making it ideal for private dinners, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Menus are curated for sharing and conversation, creating an experience that is warm, unfussy, and deeply personal. Desserts are created by Vespertine alum Jaime Craten and the unique bar program is curated by Esquire Magazine's Bartender of the Year Kenzo Han.
