Chef Landen was the driving force behind making crave a proud member of the certified SC Grown’s “Fresh on the Menu” program, supporting local growers and utilizing sustainable ingredients from a variety of area farms. Crave has also partnered with the Charleston Aquarium to participate in the Sustainable Fish Program which supports local fishermen and works to avoid over-fishing to protect our coastal water’s fragile ecosystem.To meet the overwhelming demand for both our menu and our standard of service to be accessible to our guests outside of the restaurant, our catering division was born!Crave Kitchen & Catering and The Mac Daddy Food Truck are extensions of our restaurant.
