Rooms I & II can accommodate up to 100 guests seated and up to 180 guests for standing receptions. Room I and Room II come with four 80" TV screens, Apple TV/wireless projection, wireless internet, sound system and microphones.

Room I is an ideal space for a training or business presentation & dinner for 75, or an exclusive social gathering for 100 guests. Floor to ceiling windows highlight skyline views of the world’s largest medical center. Needing to expand? Room I can be combined with adjacent Room II for a maximum room capacity of 100 people seated at tables. Both rooms are fully equipped with in-house sound system, two 90" digital TV screens, Wi-Fi Access, HMDI & VGA hook-ups.There is a spectacular a pre-function area just outside Room I which is ideal for a reception.

A totally private room that can be customized to fit your needs. Event setup in this space includes your choice of reception tables, round tables, conference, and panel arrangements. Full a/v capabilities- two 90" digital TV screens.

The entire space at III Catering entails the restaurant's entire dining area (private rooms III and IV), patio, bar area, large conference area (rooms I and II) as well as the pre-function area and entrance. The venue offers spectacular views of the Texas Medical Center, in an elegant and gracious atmosphere.
