Real World Suite is a 7th Floor Penthouse Suite featured in MTV’s The Real World. This Suite is 5000 sq.ft. and comes with a large living room space, big screen TV, Pool Table, 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 queen beds, and a huge bathroom with large walk-in showers. There are 3 rooftop patios with great views of the downtown area and the Gold Spike back yard. The Real World Suite is also perfect for meetings, special group events or parties.

Gold Spike’s Backyard features over-sized games, a beer pong area, live music stage with green room, and lounge areas accented with a playful twist on traditional outdoor seating surfaces. The Backyard also features a one-of- a- kind Recess Bar which is made out of a shipping container that also features a rooftop deck with seating. The space can be sectioned off for smaller groups, creating semi-private areas or is available for a full buyout for larger groups.

With a capacity for up to 75 guests, the Real World Suite is ideal for meetings, Special Events, Wedding Receptions, and Corporate Parties.

The space is perfect for Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties, small corporate gatherings, and Meet + Greets.
