Old Ebbitt Grill, Washington’s most historic saloon, dates back to 1856. Just steps from the White House, theaters, and museums, it was a favorite of Presidents Grant, Cleveland, Harding and Theodore Roosevelt. Today it is a popular meeting spot for political insiders, journalists, theatergoers, and celebrities. Our many spaces can accommodate from 50 up to 400 in contemporary style. Host your celebration in our expansive Atrium, which features a soaring fourteen-story ceiling and incredible skylight. Your guests will have access to a private entrance. The Rooftop Terrace is also available for a stunning cocktail event (May-October).
