Victory Tap | South Loop welcomes you with our stunning bar setting the scene for the delicious Chicago Italian cuisine that keeps everyone coming back. Hosting neighborhood residents as well as visitors to Chicago’s Soldier Field, McCormick Place, and the many museums, Victory Tap enjoys being the signature spot for Italian dining in the South Loop.


Our Culinary Director, Chef Joe Farina, is known for delighting diners with finely tuned versions of the Italian classics that brought notoriety to Chicago’s Italian neighborhood restaurants. He and his family crafted classic Italian recipes using local ingredients – a tradition that Chef Joe brings to Victory Italian. Chef Farina’s specially curated menu honors the Italian tradition of keeping food simple and the flavors shine through.


Our party rooms can host events of various sizes up to 200 guests. Chef Farina curates mouthwatering menus for a cocktail hours, buffets and full seated dining experiences.

This iconic Chicago room features stunning terrace style windows that overlook Michigan Avenue, beautiful chandeliers, rich mahogany accents and large screen TV.

Victory Hall

This Classic space is our largest party room which offers a rollway bar, ornate silver plated ceilings, dark wood wainscoting and two large screen TV's.

The Speak Easy

Hidden behind two large wooden doors sits our most discreet room. Large warehouse windows and exposed bricked will make you feel as if you are back in the Prohibition era. Enjoy vintage photography of celebrities drinking out of coffee mugs as one would expect of a old school "SpeakEasy".
