An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, and on occasion for private beer dinners, we opened up this space for guests to host ceremonies, receptions, elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and more. Located within DESTIHL Brewery, the Barrel Room is where you’ll find the one-of-a-kind ambiance of a Barrel-Aging Room with hand-blown Italian glass pendant lights and three large windows displaying a gorgeous view of the lake outside of the brewery.  Our modern-industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, a place where you’ll be greeted with our warm hospitality, and an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois. The Barrel Room at DESTIHL Brewery offers a vast array of menu selections. Our culinary team will work with each host to hand-select the perfect menu for your event.
