Inspired by José Andrés’ travels through China and Mexico, China Poblano combines the authentic ingredients and techniques from each culture with José’s unique brand of creativity to produce a cuisine that’s truly amazing. Each cuisines is showcased in two differentkitchens - in one, cooks handpress tortillas and make tacos, and in the other, cooks fold dumplings and roll out noodles. These preparations are brought together at the table so that guests can taste the two cuisines side by side.
