INTRODUCING GREYWIND by award-winning Chef Dan Kluger, offering an elevated dining experience in Hudson Yards that creatively highlights seasonal, local ingredients. To complement Chef Kluger’s menu, our beverage program focuses on small, up-and-coming producers, distillers, and brewers in New York. Opened in Spring '23, Greywind boasts an in-house bakery turning out baked goods, snacks, and grab-and-go lunch 7 days a week, to a full-service dining room and bar, to event venues on the 43rd floor of the Set building, to a cozy cocktail bar, Spygold, located just beneath the restaurant, complete with plush furniture and a fire-lit lodge atmosphere.

OUR MENU Greenmarket-driven menus are filled with playful, contemporary takes on recognizable dishes. Putting bold, unexpected flavors on parade, Chef Kluger plays with a variety of complex plating and cooking techniques, while highlighting the simple, yet classic, rotisserie oven. Our beverage menus feature local regions, small producers, an impressive wine list, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as non-alcoholic "placebos" which allow our guests who do not wish to consume alcohol to imbibe conscientiously.

This modern oasis suits both business or social events from birthday celebrations, to press conferences. The loft comes equipped with projection screens and microphones.

Our Private Dining Room’s sliding glass doors open up and combine with Greywind’s sleek and sophisticated Bar to create an elegant and spacious area for your guests to enjoy. This semi-private space provides a secluded area for your guests to mingle while still enjoying the buzz and excitement of the main dining room. This area can accommodate up to 42 guests for seated dining or 50 guests for standing reception style events.

By day, our bakery is open to the public, serving fresh baked goods, snacks, breakfast pastries, salads, sandwiches, and offering a wide variety of beverages from housemade bottled cocktails, Parlor Coffee, a curated selection from In Pursuit of Tea, and seasonal finds like our spiced chai in colder months, or yuzu lemonade for a refreshing take on a summertime classic. By night, the bakery transforms into an intimate Chef's Table experience. Indulge in our curated menu, set against the backdrop of our open kitchen, creating an ambiance reminiscent of entertaining friends at home.

You and your guests will enjoy amble room for a standing cocktail reception in our bar area, followed by an elegant multi-course, seated, family style meal in our main dining room curated by Chef Kluger and his team inspired by seasonal, local ingredients.
