Seating up to 50 guests, or 70 for reception style, the Carriage House is equipped with two large projection screens, available for audio/visual connection for your group presentations. The brick walls and wood beams give a historic ambiance to the space, a perfect tribute to the Union Stables building’s history.

The custom, antique wood-carved door sets the tone for Olive Way, a tribute to El Gaucho’s original location on Seventh and Olive. This fully private room is flanked on one end by the expansive “Pampas” mural, providing energy and a vibrant backdrop to the space. Accommodating 32 seated guests or up to 35 for a reception style event, Olive Way is equipped with a large LCD screen and is available for audio/visual connection for presentations or meetings.
