The Agua Hospitality Group was established in 2021 following 12 years of success of flagship restaurant and lounge, Agua. Italian owners Cristiano Vincentini and Walter Fajette set out to create a fresh and vibrant dining experience that defied conventional Italian restaurant stereotypes without sacrificing tradition.

After relocating the restaurant to Camana Bay’s breezy waterfront in 2018, with a refreshed menu and renewed outlook, the restaurateurs continued to deliver high-quality culinary experiences and the group’s success inevitably led to its expansion. With a high regard for good food, good wine and good people, the group consistently delivers on its promise of a quality across all of its entities.

The Agua Venue 

Agua Restaurant & Lounge is a seafood restaurant rooted in Italian tradition, inspired by Peruvian cuisine and grounded in local culture. With a strong community-centric focus and a passion for sustainable eating, the Agua team consistently delivers dining experiences with a difference. 

Situated dockside in the vibrant Camana Bay community, Agua is easily accessible both by land and from the water. The venue offers guests bright, modern spaces with high-quality finishes and a modern interior. For special occasions, private events and exclusive parties of various sizes guests are given the option of the intimate wine room, the waterside terrace or the sophisticated indoor dining room. 

The carefully curated menu showcases both beautiful local produce and internationally sourced ingredients on plates prepared by a passionate multi-national team of chefs. Dedicated to delivering a memorable dining experience, Agua continuously delights both new and returning customers. 

The Next Door Venue  

Inspired by the vibrant 1920s prohibition era, AHG fledgling, Next Door  provides Gatsby-esque glamour and an intimate atmosphere reminiscent of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel. The menu showcases expertly-crafted cocktails made with the finest Cayman-sourced herbal ingredients and is presented in a creative and eclectic way. Complementing the cocktail menu is a special selection of fine wines and petit-gourmet bites served with a touch of the urbane sophistication normally reserved for big city eateries. 

The speakeasy style indoor area is warm and inviting, catering to small groups and parties, while the picturesque waterside lounge area comfortably seats larger groups. With a multi-night lineup of live entertainment that pairs perfectly to its 1920s American jazz-era charm, it’s no wonder that Next Door enjoys the support of both a local and international clientele.
