Venue Overview

An independently owned Toronto brewpub with international recognition and deep roots in the Ossington neighbourhood. Bellwoods opened in 2012 and has grown into one of the city's most beloved hospitality destinations — celebrated for innovative craft beer, a seasonal kitchen, and a space that works just as well for an 8am breakfast meeting as a 150-person wedding reception.

Three semi-private and private event spaces across a single venue, all with dedicated service staff, custom menus, and an onsite event coordinator. Every event comes with something no hotel or standalone venue can offer: beer made on the premises.

Dining Hall

Semi-private, street-facing room with exposed brick, white oak, and leather banquettes. Dedicated bar and private washrooms. 65 seated / 100 standing. Ideal for corporate events, celebrations, and seated dinners.

Mezzanine

Second-floor, overlooks the brewery. Intimate and cozy. Up to 25 guests. Private washroom. Ideal for milestone gatherings, team dinners, and smaller celebrations.

Full Venue Buyout

Entire brewpub including dining hall, mezzanine, main bar, and seasonal patio. 75 seated / 150 standing. Full AV, onsite coordinator, custom food and beverage menus. Ideal for weddings, large corporate events, and brand activations.

AV & Technical

• Projector & screen: for dining hall and full buyout bookings
• Full audio + AV system: morning bookings and full buyouts
• Microphone: wired and wireless available for select bookings

• All live band/DJ services with full speaker setup conclude by 11pm

Policies (Summary)

• 25% deposit required to secure; signed contract required for larger party bookings
• Full refund with 30+ days cancellation notice
• 20% gratuity applied to all events
• Outside food: celebratory cake/cupcakes only ($40 cutting fee for up to 30 guests) on a case by case basis for weddings and buyouts
• Décor welcome; nothing affixed to walls
• Furniture removal fee may apply for significant setup/teardown
