Located in San Francisco's Design District, Niku Steakhouse is a  meat-focused restaurant, highlighting an in-house dry-aging program,  exclusive cuts of coveted Japanese A5 wagu, and an emphasis on  wood-fired cooking. The dining room at Niku is oriented around a roaring  custom binchotan charcoal and wood-fired grill, where guests can watch  as Executive Chef Dustin Falcon (Lazy Bear, The French Laundry) and his  team prepare steaks to perfection. Our private dining room is tucked  behind our beautiful wine wall and can comfortably accommodate up to 14  guests. Niku Steakhouse is also available for full venue buyouts for  seated lunches, dinners, meetings, and cocktail receptions.
