At the helm of our kitchen is Michelin-award-winning Chef and co-owner Sammy Monsour, previously of LA's famed Preux & Proper. Our menu features soulful Southern dishes, highlighting sustainable seafood and a variety of fine American caviars. The raw bar program is a must-try, with an abundance of fresh and delicious options to choose from. For those looking for a heartier meal, Chef Monsour's creations, such as the Cornmeal Crusted Nashville Hot Catfish and Hickory Smoked Tomahawk Pork Chop, will provide rich and comforting flavors.
To complement the vibrant flavors of our food, co-owner and Beverage Director Kassady Wiggins has designed a zero-landfill cocktail program that is both well-balanced and environmentally conscious. Joyce is a family-owned and operated restaurant, with Founders and Operators Prince and Athena Riley at the helm.
