Located along the historic East River in Long Island City, Frank Ottomanelli By The Water has a jaw-dropping view of magical Midtown Manhattan and is easily accessible by car, subway, or one of the ferries that dock just steps away from our restaurant and our beautiful events spaces. We offer something for everyone.   

Our Special Event Space in Hunt's Point Park is approximately 3,000 sq ft. and perfect for large parties of up to 500 people. Our venue is located alongside the East River and has a spectacular view of the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and the United Nations Building.  
Our large Garden Area space is 10,000 sq ft and great for casual events and picnic-style corporate outings and can accommodate hundreds of people. The surrounding flowers and plants create incredible ambiance and inspirational cityscapes.  

Our Pavilion Area offers a beautiful, expansive and romantic boardwalk. It’s iconic architectural design with a direct and breath-taking view of New York City Skyline will thrill your guests. It is great space for corporate events, galas, red-carpet events, intimate proposals & more!

Coming Soon... Frank Ottomanelli By The Water will offer an enclosed park space great for more intimate parties and gatherings of up to 100 people. Surrounded by the Park Oval, your private event will be the center of attention.
