With a sprawling view of Howard Street’s pedestrian vitality and a chic Parisian-accented interior, chef and restauranteur Paul Kulik’s vision was to create an establishment capable of making everyday dining seem elegant and event dining seem effortless and welcoming.
“Bouillon” comes from the kitchens and dining rooms in France that helped shape Paul’s approach to hospitality. A commitment to quality while remaining unpretentious.

The newly refurbished Mirror Room has hosted hundreds of festivities over the past half-century. The mirrored walls make even the smallest event seem full and lively. This is easily our most dynamic space, consider it a blank canvas for your dream event.

The Fireplace Room spends most hours of the week functioning as our in-house wine shop, Howard Street Wine Merchant. The Fireplace Room is also an ideal space for cocktails and hor d’oeuvres for events in The Mirror Room. This is our most popular space for dining club events, guests are delighted to be surrounded by our curated selection of wines.

It’s easy to see why The Main Dining Room is the crown jewel of the Bouillon property. This bright, open room, street side to The Old Market is adorned with unique art from famed nouveau-realiste artist Niki de Saint-Phalle, and Sam Mercer, father of The Old Market.
