Eight Settlers is a marriage between the traditional western vintage look of the 1850’s with the more modern twist of the second industrial revolution. Our vision and idea derived from the early settlers who founded Union in 1849 to the emergence of the settlements inspired us to design a space unique and creative, likely to please even the most discerning. We played with our use of space and divided it into thematic rooms and areas that are tribute to the settlers and settlements that originally developed between 1848 and 1972 in the area where Eight Settlers currently reside.

Eight Settlers offers four private rooms available for booking. The Sunroom, which seats 100 people comfortably, is completely enclosed with glass with a retractable roof and windows. This room is perfect any time of the year! The Settlers Lounge, which also seats 100 people comfortably, is licensed as a bar and is a perfect room for a 21+ event. The Library seats 50 people comfortably and has a setting similar to a speakeasy! Finally, we have The Danish Room. The Danish Room seats 30 people comfortably and is a perfect setting for an intimate dinner party or small meeting!
