Savory Catering was founded by Chef Jonathan Calabrese, who began the company after graduating from culinary school while operating his first Dallas restaurant, Savory Bistro. In 2001, Jon and business partner Anthony Winkler made the decision to focus entirely on growing Savory Catering into one of Dallas’ premier catering companies—a decision that continues to shape the company today.

Operating from a 5,000-square-foot production kitchen, Savory Catering brings decades of restaurant and hospitality experience to events across the Dallas area. The team combines culinary expertise with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry to create delicious, memorable meals for any occasion—from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.

In addition to full-service event catering, Savory supports the build and daily operational needs of large corporate kitchens throughout Dallas. The company also operates on-site eateries where building employees can enjoy a convenient and relaxed lunch experience featuring popular dishes from its family of restaurants.
