The Lumina Room is a first-floor private space for up to 40 guests, featuring ocean views and handicap accessibility. Updated with new tables and coastal cross-back chairs, it offers the ultimate Wrightsville Beach view.
Mira Mar Loft
- Seated: 60
- Standing: 75
Our fully private space, the Mira Mar Loft, accommodates up to 60 guests for a fully seated event or 75 guests for a cocktail-style reception with minimal seating. This space has picturesque views of both the jetty and the ocean in addition to a private guest restroom. Oceanic's historic location on Wrightsville Beach does not allow us to offer an elevator in the building for guests.
Our Historic Crystal Pier

The covered portion of the Crystal Pier can accommodate up to 200 guests for a unique experience on the historic Wrightsville Beach landmark. It is also booked along with the side deck of the pier.
Pier Ceremony Space

The historic Crystal Pier connected to the restaurant can be reserved for wedding ceremonies. Originally built in 1939, The Crystal Pier is still the only wooden pier in Wrightsville Beach, and was restored in 2013 by the Oceanic family. The Pier is a perfect backdrop for first looks, and family photos to create a lifetime of memories.
Full Second Floor
- Seated: 120
Our 2nd floor is available for private events and accommodates up to 120 guests. This space is perfect for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or corporate event. This space has windows on three sides out to the ocean, the beach, and the jetty with unbeatable views. Please note, this building does not have an elevator in the case that you have guests needing the accessibility
