At the age of 18, Chef Yamamoto embarked on his culinary journey, training at the Michelin-starred restaurant Kagaman in Osaka for eight years. He continued to refine his skills at Sushimoto in Mie. After recently moving to the U.S., Chef Yamamoto served as the executive chef at Pabu in San Francisco. Now on the West Coast, he passionately pursues his goal of creating excellent food and ensuring the satisfaction of the restaurant's patrons.
