Don Artemio is a culinary space in which the flavors of the cuisine of Northeast Mexico are recreated with contemporary airs.

Inspired by Mexico ́s traditional cuisine, Chef Juan Ramón Cárdenas, together with our culinary team, are constantly exploring different techniques and looking for new ingredients to create contemporary dishes that indulge the palate.

LA CAVA DEL DESIERTO

This beautiful Private Dinning Room is in honor to the Coahuila desert and its wines. Our architect Luis Diaz, designed every detail of the cellar very carefully. Inspired by the Cultural district, he decided to design the light fixture in honor of Architect Louis I. Kahn of the Kimbell Art Museum.

Come and Celebrate your special party in La Cava del Desierto we can host up to 32 guests and is fully equipped with AV.

EL SARAPE

This blankets were originally woven in the town of Saltillo, Coahuila.

Saltillo Sarape always feature a beautiful diamond shape in the center of the Sarape that is woven like a tapestry--handmade.

Historically worn more often by men as ponchos and used as accessories to accompany them as they rode their horses.

This beautiful private dining room is in honor of El SARAPE, intimate & cozy can host up to 16 guests and is fully equipped with AV.
