Chef Di Meglio’s seasonal menus uses our open kitchen’s wood-burning oven and openfire grill. All Barano’s pastas are made on-site and by hand. We’ve proudly created our pizza using no commercial yeast and handmade mozzarella. Our antipasto is a must with Casella prosciutto speciale, our mozzarella made in house, hand pulled, and served warm à la minute.
