The Boardroom is the ideal space for intimate meetings and strategic sessions. Fourteen executive chairs and elegant sliding barn doors complete the space—combining modern functionality with timeless style.

The 2nd Floor Flex space is a semi-private conference room, perfect for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other small or medium gatherings. The room comfortably seats 40 guests, features a flat screen SmartTV display, a large whiteboard for brainstorming sessions, and a podium for presentations and includes fast dedicated Wi-Fi. Each rental includes complimentary coffee and water. On-site parking is available.

Community Hall

Throughout the week our Community Hall is offered as two-story open concept space for non-profits and businesses supporting missions similar to The Portico Initiatives. Recent usage of the space includes 150 people sharing a meal together talking about life and its beauty, fashion shows, fundraisers, the celebration of a union between multiple families, a memorial for a local community member, as well as discussions about the history, well being, growth, and even the future of Tampa Bay area. The Portico is a place for all to come together, and support our Pastor's vision of "Knees under tables changes lives".
