Uncle Yu’s at the Vineyard is independently owned & locally operated with a team dedicated to creating a dining experience to remember. Being a family-owned business, we have built strong ties in the local community that we have served since 2006.  

Uncle Yu's at the Vineyard aspires to carry top-notch ingredients wherever possible, including organic produce, all natural or organic meat products, and wild-caught seafood. 

Our goal is to bring out traditional recipes and present them in a modernized fashion while preserving their local flavor profile as much as possible.
