This concept was tailor-made for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, with an emphasis on fresh, natural, and organic ingredients.Holsteins brings better burgers to Las Vegas and a funky, homegrown attitude to The Strip. In addition to specialty burgers, the menu features house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, and a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items – including toppings, buns and condiments – are custom crafted in-house.
