Our steaks are hand-trimmed and cut daily. They are aged a minimum of 21 to 28 days for extra tenderness, resulting in a juicy, more flavorful steak. Our juicy Trophy Burgers are lightly seasoned with our special blend of spices and seared to bring out the unique texture and flavors; served with house-made fresh-cut fries.
