A Historic Brewery

The brewhouse at 111 S Murphy Ave opened in 1993 as a Stoddard's Brewhouse and operated for over 12 years before changing hands in 2005. The new owners continued the beer brewing tradition under the name Firehouse Grill & Brewery. In 2019, Off The Rails Brewing Co. reintroduced the venue for the community to come together and share in an authentic dining experience.

Saving A Relic

The building housing the brewhouse is considered heritage architecture. This brewhouse was opened when the craft beer revolution was in its infancy. We have tried to modernize the venue while keeping its original architectural elements. The rear patio is as beautiful as ever, and the interior offers an open and inviting space for you to have a great experience.
