Chef Aaron Bludorn moved from New York City to open his first restaurant in Houston. He selected Houston due to its diverse cultures, abundance of produce, and the inviting hospitality. “Whatever you do, you have to be present. And I wanted somewhere that felt like home. I’ll always be present here, and this is where I’ll call home,” Aaron Bludorn, Chef and Owner.

Bludorn is located in the Fourth Ward section of Houston’s Montrose neighborhood and opened its doors on August 21st 2020. Set in the circa-1950’s brick building originally occupied by Antone’s Import Company- a neighborhood institution that for years lured Houstonians to eat, shop, and socialize- Bludorn continues a nearly 60-year legacy of hospitality at 807 Taft Street.
