Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is the first restaurant to open at the much-anticipated Caesars Entertainment development, The LINQ. Complete with a Mechanical Bull, DJ, a vast tequila and cocktail selection and a blend of authentic and innovative Mexican fare. 

Chayo is a fun, dynamic venue for meetings and private events. A semi-private dining room is situated on the main floor, accommodating up to 35 guests for a seated meal or 65 reception style. The second level, indoor/outdoor dining room, complete with a full bar and patio overlooking The LINQ and the High Roller observation wheel, can also be rented out for cocktail reception events and hosts up to 150 guests. The entire venue has a total capacity approaching 700.
