La Mar celebrates the authentic and diverse flavors of Peruvian gastronomy—a tour through Peru’s incredible cultural diversity, including Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, and Andean influences. Our menu features unique flavors and artful presentations, served from our trademark cebiche bar or crafted in a charcoal-fired oven.

- Cebiche Clásico – California halibut in a traditional leche de tigre, with red onion, habanero, Peruvian corn, and yam.
- Tiradito Gastón – Peruvian bay scallops drizzled with a creamy ají amarillo leche de tigre, bursting with bright flavor and heat.
Inspired by beloved traditional fare, our menu also features:
- Causa – A duo of whipped Peruvian potatoes, elegantly topped with seafood or seasonal vegetables.
- Lomo Saltado – A hearty stir-fry of beef tenderloin, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and soy sauce, served with a fried egg, papas fritas, and rice.
