Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lives and performed his studies with radio waves in the late 1890s. Patent Pending provides an intimate experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club.

We have The Lab - it's own standalone bar inside of Patent Pending, great for groups up to 55 (comfortable at 40), and then to use both spaces combines up to 125 people.
