Nori: The nori (seaweed) are extra crisp to give the perfect crunch when eaten fresh from the chefs’ hands to our guests. Imported from Japan.

Our A5 Wagyu, hamachi (yellowtail), madai and uni are all imported from Japan.

Sushi Saint has three distinct dining experiences:

Temaki Bar: Seated directly in front of our masterful chefs, guests watch as they skillfully prepare their hand-rolls individually to ensure the utmost freshness. Each hand roll is a testament to their precision and dedication, providing an intimate and immersive dining experience that's all about savoring hand-rolls at its peak. The full temaki/hand-roll menu is available at the temaki bar, as well as otoshi (appetizers) and dessert.

Lounge: A casual and inviting space perfect for hanging out with friends. The lounge offers a curated selection of small plates and drinks designed for a more relaxed dining experience. While the selection of handrolls is more limited here, the menu is supplemented with other delicious options to ensure a well-rounded dining experience. Whether you're catching up over cocktails or enjoying a laid-back meal, our lounge offers a comfortable setting to make the most of your time at Sushi Saint.

Omakase Room:  Nestled in a vibrant, relaxed ambiance, our 9-seat omakase room invites guests to indulge in a 12-course chef’s choice casual omakase experience starting at $100. Enhance your evening with optional upgrades and supplements tailored to your palate and budget. The omakase menu changes regularly. Current omakase service time: Friday 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm. Saturday 3pm, 5pm, 5pm, 9pm. Sunday 3pm, 5pm, 7pm.

Happy Hour: Sushi Saint offers phenomenal happy hour specials on weekdays from 3pm to 6pm. (Closed every Tuesday)

Private events: Sushi Saint is available for complete buyouts and private parties with the 12-person temaki bar, 50 seats in the lounge and 9 seats in the Omakase room.
