Dougherty Colonial Room

The Dougherty Colonial Room is the perfect space for a large meeting or business luncheon. Being in the Conference Center gives you a sense of privacy, and room works great with AV equipment.
Georgia Room

The Georgia Room is our smallest meeting space. It is located in the Conference Center along with the Dougherty Colonial Room.
Gazebo

The Gazebo is an enclosed building located beside the pool. It is ideal for bridesmaids luncheons and class reunion meet and greets. The wall to wall windows give the small room a very open feel.
Manor House

The Manor House is located upstairs from the Manor House Pub. The layout and decor of the space makes it perfect for birthday parties, engagement parties, and gatherings of any sort.
Ballroom-Plantation A, B, & C

The Ballroom is made up of three plantation rooms that can be sectioned off depending on how many people you have. Wall to wall carpet, high ceilings, and textured walls give the room an elegant feel. This space is perfect for banquet dinners, wedding receptions, and larger functions.
Merry Acres Restaurant
The Merry Acres Restaurant is set up like a restaurant, but is perfect for class reunions, birthday parties, or a second room for larger events going on in the ballroom.
Shackelford
Known as the “Pink House,” the Shackelford was designed by famed architect Edward Vason Jones. The house features hand-carved details, a parlor and a magnificent wooden staircase. Upstairs you will find the only bridal suite in Albany, along with two other guest rooms that can be used for dressing prior to the wedding, or corporate lodging.
